spanish clam magic
it’s official! the holidays are upon us. most everyone gets pretty busy this time of year, including me. this is a time of family, joy and fast easy dinners.
last week we shared a recipe of steamed mussels with tomatoes and herbs. so fast, easy and good. hope you had a chance to try it! this week we’re staying on the easy, steamed shellfish theme with spanish style steamed littleneck clams. another easy, quick one with a tangy sauce and a nice kick to it. add the chili flakes and paprika slowly to taste if you don’t like it a little spicy.
don’t forget a nice crusty bread for soppin’ up the sauce! enjoy!
