monahan’s teriyaki marinade
whisk together and enjoy! this is great on everything from swordfish to salmon, kingfish, tuna, shrimp, bluefish…anything with a robust flavor. baste while cooking! we also sell this at the market.
1/2 c low-sodium (light) soy sauce
2 t sugar
3 t rice wine vinegar
1.5 t grated fresh ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 t sesame oil
1 t hoisin sauce
