\n1 bunch scallions (sliced thin, including some of the green part)
\n1 t grated fresh ginger
\n4 t chopped fresh mint
\n4 t chopped fresh basil
\n4 t chopped fresh cilantro
\n3 t finely chopped thai chiles or jalape\u00f1os
\n2 bunches of baby bok choy\u00a0chopped in 2-3 inch slices
\n28 manila clams
\n24 large shrimp peeled & deveined
\n1 lb. red snapper, grouper,\u00a0or other firm textured, white fish
\n2 t sriracha<\/a> sauce
\n1t fish sauce
\njuice of 2 limes
