\u2022 whitefish (1\/2 lb. per person or so)
\n\u2022 lemon
\n\u2022 butter
\n\u2022 fresh italian flat-leaf parsley
\n\u2022 course salt & freshly cracked black pepper.<\/p>\n
lay the whitefish fillets on a baking sheet and dot with a little butter, salt and pepper.\u00a0 bake at 425\u00b0 for 10-12 minutes or until opaque throughout.<\/p>\n
top with chopped fresh parsley and lemon zest. serve with additional lemon wedges.<\/p>\n
