\n1 package drake\u2019s batter mix (available at the market)
\n1 12-oz. bottle beer
\n1 lb. boneless, skinless red snapper, pollack, cod or mahi-mahi cut into 2″ strips
\ncanola oil, for frying
\n8 flour tortillas
\ncilantro, chopped
\nmexican hot sauce (we like cholula<\/a>)<\/p>\n
