tomato sauce<\/strong>

\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a03 t tomato paste
\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a03 fresh medium tomatoes, skinned and chopped, or 6 canned plum tomatoes

to make the tomato sauce, heat the oil in a shallow casserole and saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic until the onion is wilted.\u00a0 add\u00a0 the tomatoes, tomato paste, water, parsley, salt, pepper, sugar and wine.\u00a0 cover and simmer 15 minutes.<\/p>\n

meanwhile, clean the squid well, leaving the mantles (bodies) in one piece.\u00a0 mince and reserve the tentacles.\u00a0 in a\u00a0 skillet, heat 2 t of the oil and saut\u00e9 the onion and garlic until the onion is wilted.\u00a0 add the minced tentacles to the skillet along with the ham.\u00a0 cook 2 minutes, turn off the flame and add the paprika, parsley, salt, pepper, wine and bread crumbs.<\/p>\n

fill the squid bodies with the prepared mixture.\u00a0 dust with flour and fry in the remaining 3 t of oil, very briefly, turning once (they should not brown).\u00a0 transfer to the casserole with the tomato sauce, cover and cook in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.\u00a0 serve with a salad and a medium-dry white wine.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
