pineapple salsa
• 1 cup finely chopped pineapple
• 1/4 cup minced red onion
• 1 t minced seeded jalapeño pepper
combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. cover and chill.
yield 1 cup (serving size 1/4 cup).
